PR2 version 5.1.1 that includes the eKOI database - PR2 primers version 2.1.0
We are pleased to announce the release of PR2 version 5.1.1.
This release includes a web interface to version 1.0 of the Eukaryotic mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene (eKOI) database is now integrated in the Web interface.
Please note that the flat files for the SSU rRNA genes have very little changes. So you can use either version 5.1.0 or 5.1.1 to annotate metabarcoding data.
